# The Terrorism Act 2000 (Proscribed Organisations) (Amendment) Order 2017, Article 1: Citation, commencement and interpretation


(1) This Order may be cited as the Terrorism Act 2000 (Proscribed Organisations) (Amendment) Order 2017 and comes into force on the day after the day on which it is made.
(2) In this Order “the Act” means the Terrorism Act 2000.
