# The Terrorism Act 2000 (Proscribed Organisations) (Amendment) Order 2024, Article 2: Proscribed organisation


In Schedule 2 to the Terrorism Act 2000 (proscribed organisations), after the entry for “Wagner Group”, insert—
“Hizb ut-Tahrir”.
