# The Terrorism Act 2000 (Proscribed Organisations) (Amendment) Order 2025, Article 3: Note on Proscribed Organisation


In Schedule 2 to the Terrorism Act 2000 (proscribed organisations), at the end of the note to the Schedule, insert—
“The entry for Palestine Action refers to the organisation using that name that is based in the United Kingdom.”.
