Draft Order laid before Parliament under section 25(6) of the Terrorism Act 2006, for approval by resolution of each House of Parliament.

This Order is made in exercise of the powers conferred by section 25(2) of the Terrorism Act 2006.
In accordance with section 25(6) of that Act, a draft of this instrument was laid before Parliament and approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament.
Accordingly, the Secretary of State makes the following Order:
