# The Terrorism Act 2006 (Disapplication of Section 25) Order 2009, Article 2: Disapplication of section 25 of the Terrorism Act 2006


Section 25 of the Terrorism Act 2006 is disapplied for a period of one year beginning with the coming into force of this Order.
