  "text": "Draft Order laid before Parliament under section 123(3)(b) of the Terrorism Act 2000, for approval by resolution of each House of Parliament.\nTERRORISM\nMade 2001\nComing into force 19th February 2001\nWhereas a draft of this Order has been laid before, and approved by a resolution of, each House of Parliament:\nNow, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by paragraph 19 of Schedule 8 to the Terrorism Act 2000 , and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, the Secretary of State hereby makes the following Order:",
