Order made by the Secretary of State, laid before Parliament under sections 134 and 135 of the Local Government, Planning and Land Act 1980, for approval by resolution of each House of Parliament.

Coming into force in accordance with article 1

The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by sections 134(1) and 135 of, and paragraph 1 of Schedule 26 to, the Local Government, Planning and Land Act 1980^f1, and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order—
