# The Tied Pubs (Miscellaneous Amendment) (Scotland) Regulations 2025, Regulation 2: Amendment of the Tied Pubs (Scotland) Act 2021


Section 4 (Scottish Ministers’ duty to seek to make code and appoint adjudicator) of the Tied Pubs (Scotland) Act 2021 is repealed.
