# The Tied Pubs (Scottish Arbitration Rules) Amendment Order 2024, Article 1: Citation and commencement


This Order may be cited as the Tied Pubs (Scottish Arbitration Rules) Amendment Order 2024 and comes into force on 7 October 2024.
