In Part 3 of Schedule 1 to the House of Commons Disqualification Act 1975 (other disqualifying offices), in the entry relating to members of the British Tourist Authority and the English and Scottish Tourist Boards in receipt of remuneration, for “the Scottish Tourist Board” substitute “VisitScotland”.
