# The Tourist Boards (Scotland) Act 2006 (Consequential Modifications) Order 2007, Paragraph 6


In the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Exemption) Order 2001, in Part 3 of the Schedule (persons exempt in respect of any regulated activity mentioned in article 5(1)), in the entry numbered 31, for “the Scottish Tourist Board” substitute “VisitScotland”.
