# The Town and Country Planning (Electronic Communications) (England) Order 2003, Article 2: Interpretation


In this Order—
“the 1990 Act” means the Town and Country Planning Act 1990;
“the Listed Buildings Act” means the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
