# The Trade Marks (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2018, Paragraph 1


The renewal of the registration of a comparable trade mark (EU) under section 43 of the 1994 Act is subject to the payment of a renewal fee and, in the circumstances referred to in section 43(3) of the 1994 Act, payment of an additional renewal fee.
