# The Trade Marks (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2018, Paragraph 7: Limits on effect of registered trade mark


(1) Section 11 is amended as follows.
(2) Omit subsection (1A).
(3) In subsection (1B), omit “or (1A)”.
