# The Trade Marks (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2018, Paragraph 2: Consequential amendments


In sections 114(6)(c), 204(6)(c) and 231(6)(c) of the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 omit “(including that section as applied by regulation 4 of the Community Trade Mark Regulations 2006 (SI 2006/1027))”.
