Draft Regulations laid before Parliament under paragraph 4(1) of Schedule 2 to the Trade Act 2021 (c. 10), for approval by resolution of each House of Parliament.

Coming into force in accordance with regulation 1(1)
The Secretary of State makes these Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 2(1) and 4(1)(b) of the Trade Act 2021.
A draft of these Regulations has been laid before, and approved by a resolution of, each House of Parliament in accordance with paragraph 4(1) of Schedule 2 to the Trade Act 2021.
