# The Trade (Mobile Roaming) Regulations 2023, Regulation 6: Norway


(1) This regulation applies to a British provider who has a roaming agreement with an overseas provider in Norway.
(2) The British provider must not charge the overseas provider more than the maximum rate for the use of a mobile phone service in the United Kingdom by its customers.
