# The Trade Repositories (Amendment and Transitional Provision) (EU Exit) Regulations 2018, Regulation 1: Citation and commencement


(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Trade Repositories (Amendment and Transitional Provision) (EU Exit) Regulations 2018.
(2) These Regulations come into force, subject to paragraph (3), on the day after the day on which they are made.
(3) Part 2 comes into force on exit day.
