# The Trade Repositories (Amendment and Transitional Provision) (EU Exit) Regulations 2018, Regulation 10: Application of regulation 9


Regulation 9 applies to a person—
(a) who satisfies the conditions in regulation 11;
(b) for the period determined in accordance with regulation 12.
