# The Trade Repositories (Amendment and Transitional Provision) (EU Exit) Regulations 2018, Regulation 16: Conditions to be satisfied for regulation 14 to apply


The conditions are that the person is a body corporate which, immediately before exit day, is—
(a) incorporated under the law of any part of the United Kingdom, and
(b) registered as a trade repository under the European Markets Infrastructure Regulation.
