The Secretary of State makes this Order in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 197(1)(a) and 286(2) of the Trade Union and Labour Relations (Consolidation) Act 1992.
In accordance with sections 197(2) and 286(4) of that Act, a draft of this instrument was laid before Parliament and approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament.
