  "text": "Draft Regulations laid before Parliament under section 39(4) of the Traffic Management Act 2004, for approval by resolution of each House of Parliament.\nHIGHWAYS, ENGLAND\nMade 2007\nComing into force 1st April 2008\nThe Secretary of State makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 37 (other than sub-section (4)(b) and (c)) and 39(2) of the Traffic Management Act 2004.\nIn accordance with section 39(4) of that Act, a draft of this instrument was laid before Parliament and approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament.",
