# The Traffic Management Permit Scheme (England) Regulations 2007, Regulation 36: Disapplication of enactments


The following provisions of the 1991 Act are disapplied in relation to specified works in specified streets—
(a) section 53 (the street works register);
(b) section 54 (advance notice of certain works);
(c) section 55 (notice of starting date of works);
(d) section 56 (power to give directions as to timing of street works);
(e) section 57 (notice of emergency works); and
(f) section 66 (avoidance of unnecessary delay or obstruction).
