# The Traffic Management Permit Scheme (England) Regulations 2007, Regulation 38: Modification of Regulations


Paragraph 7(a) of the Schedule to the Street Works (Registers, Notices, Directions and Designations) (England) Regulations 2007 shall have effect in relation to specified works on specified streets as if for “given notice under section 54 or section 55 of its intention to execute street” there were substituted “applied for a permit or for a provisional advance application in respect of specified”.
