# The Traffic Management Permit Scheme (England) Regulations 2007, Regulation 40: Non-discrimination


Without prejudice to the operation of Parts 5 and 6 of these Regulations, a Permit Authority shall operate a permit scheme made by it without discrimination between different classes of applicant for permits or for provisional advance authorisations.
