Regulation 22 Obstruction of, or pretending to be, a person entitled to carry out an inspection

It is an offence for a person to—

(a)

wilfully obstruct a person carrying out an inspection of a trailer under regulation 13; or

(b)

pretend, with intent to deceive, to be a person entitled to carry out an inspection of a trailer under regulation 13.
