  "text": "The following provisions come into force on 28th March 2019—\n(a) regulation 5;\n(b) regulation 7(5);\n(c) regulation 12;\n(d) regulation 16(1), (2) and (4);\n(e) regulation 17;\n(f) regulation 19(1)(a), (1)(f), (1)(g), (2)(b) and (2)(f);\n(g) regulation 20;\n(h) regulation 21;\n(i) regulation 24; and\n(j) regulation 26.",
