Paragraph 2

(1)

The Vehicles Crime (Registration of Registration Plate Suppliers) Regulations 2008^f1 are amended as follows.

(2)

In regulation 2(1)—

(a)

in the definition of “fixed”, after the words “the 1994 Act”, insert “or section 15(3) of the 2018 Act”; and

(b)

in the definition of “registration document”, after the words “the 1994 Act”, insert “or a registration document issued in accordance with regulations made under section 13(1) of the 2018 Act”.

(3)

In paragraph 4 of Part 2 of the Schedule—

(a)

in sub-paragraph (f), omit “or” at the end; and

(b)

after sub-paragraph (g) insert—

“or

(h)
a notice of registration issued by the Secretary of State in accordance with regulations made under section 13(1) of the 2018 Act.”.
