Regulation 1 Citation, commencement and extent

These Regulations may be cited as the Train Driving Licences and Certificates (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019.

(2)

These Regulations come into force on exit day, or, if they are made on or after exit day, on the day after the day on which they are made.

(3)

Part 2 of these Regulations extends to England and Wales and Scotland only.
