The Social Security Administration Act 1992^f1 is amended as follows.

Section 71(2) was inserted by section 1(2) of the Social Security (Overpayments) Act 1996 (c.51) and amended by paragraph 81(1) of Schedule 7 to the Social Security Act 1998 (c.14). In Part 1 of Schedule 4 the entry at (a) under “adjudicating bodies” was amended by paragraph 113(b) of Schedule 7 to the Social Security act 1998 (c.14).
