Paragraph 137 Employment Tribunals Act 1996
In section 16(5)(d) of the Employment Tribunals Act 1996 (power to provide for recoupment of social security benefits)f1 for “an appeal tribunal constituted under Chapter 1 of Part 1 of the Social Security Act 1998” substitute “the First-tier Tribunal”.
