# The Transfer of Tribunal Functions Order 2008, Paragraph 148: Social Security Act 1998


In section 10(1)(b) (decisions superseding earlier decisions) for “of an appeal tribunal or a Commissioner” substitute “of the First-tier Tribunal or any decision of the Upper Tribunal which relates to any such decision”.
