Paragraph 150 Social Security Act 1998

In section 13 (redetermination etc of appeals by tribunal)^f1—

(a)

in subsection (1) for the words from “to a person” to the end substitute “to the First-tier Tribunal for permission to appeal to the Upper Tribunal from any decision of the First-tier Tribunal under section 12 or this section”;

(b)

omit subsection (2); and

(c)

in subsection (3)—

(i)

for “the person” substitute “the First-tier Tribunal”; and

(ii)

for “tribunal” substitute “First-tier Tribunal”.
