# The Transfer of Tribunal Functions Order 2008, Paragraph 182: Immigration and Asylum Act 1999


In section 103 (appeals) as it has effect before the commencement of section 53 of the Nationality, Immigration and Asylum Act 2002—
(a) in subsections (1), (2), (2A) and (7) for “an adjudicator” substitute “the First-tier Tribunal”;
(b) in subsections (3) and (5) for “adjudicator” substitute “First-tier Tribunal”;
(c) in subsection (3)(b) for “his” substitute “its”; and
(d) omit subsection (4).
