Paragraph 189 Criminal Justice and Court Services Act 2000

In section 42(1) of the Criminal Justice and Court Services Act 2000^f1 (interpretation of Part 2) in the definition of “the Tribunal” for “tribunal established by section 9 of the Protection of Children Act 1999” substitute “First-tier Tribunal”.
