Paragraph 200 Health and Social Care (Community Health and Standards) Act 2003

In section 158 (appeal tribunals)—

(a)

in subsection (1) for “an appeal tribunal constituted under Chapter 1 of Part 1 of the Social Security Act 1998 (c.14)” substitute “the First-tier Tribunal”;

(b)

in subsection (4) for “the tribunal” substitute “a tribunal”; and

(c)

omit subsection (7).
