# The Transfer of Tribunal Functions Order 2008, Paragraph 47: Mental Health Act 1983


In section 67(1) (references to tribunals by Secretary of State concerning Part II patients) for “a Mental Health Review Tribunal” substitute “the appropriate tribunal”.
