Paragraph 5 Pensions Appeal Tribunals Act 1943

In section 1 (appeals against rejection of war pension claims)—

(a)

in subsection (1) for “a Pensions Appeal Tribunal constituted under this Act (hereafter in this Act referred to as “the Tribunal”)” substitute “the appropriate tribunal”; and

(b)

in subsections (2), (3), (3A) and (4) for “Tribunal” substitute “appropriate tribunal”.
