Paragraph 54 Mental Health Act 1983

In section 73 (power to discharge restricted patients)—

(a)

in subsection (1)—

(i)

for “a Mental Health Review Tribunal” substitute “the appropriate tribunal”;

(ii)

for “such a tribunal” substitute “the appropriate tribunal”; and

(iii)

for “the tribunal are”, in both places, substitute “the tribunal is”; and

(b)

in subsection (7) for “their satisfaction” substitute “its satisfaction”.
