# The Transfer of Tribunal Functions Order 2008, Paragraph 56: Mental Health Act 1983


In section 75 (applications and references concerning conditionally discharged restricted patients)—
(a) in subsections (1)(a) and (2) for “a Mental Health Review Tribunal” substitute “the appropriate tribunal”; and
(b) in subsection (3) for “give” substitute “gives”.
