# The Transfer of Tribunal Functions Order 2008, Paragraph 66: Mental Health Act 1983


In section 145(1) (interpretation) after the definition of “application for admission for treatment” insert—
““the appropriate tribunal” has the meaning given by section 66(4) above;”.
