  "text": "In paragraph 5 of the Schedule to the Repatriation of Prisoners Act 1984 (operation of mental health legislation in relation to the prisoner)—\n(a) in sub-paragraph (2) for “a Mental Health Review Tribunal” substitute “the appropriate tribunal”; and\n(b) after that sub-paragraph insert—\n“(2A) For the purposes of sub-paragraph (2) above “the appropriate tribunal” means—\n(a) the First-tier Tribunal, in any case where the prisoner is detained in England;\n(b) the Mental Health Review Tribunal for Wales, in any case where the prisoner is detained in Wales; and\n(c) the Mental Health Review Tribunal for Northern Ireland, in any case where the prisoner is detained in Northern Ireland.”",
