# The Transfer of Tribunal Functions Order 2008, Paragraph 70: Disabled Persons (Services, Consultation and Representation) Act 1986


In section 7(2)(a) of the Disabled Persons (Services, Consultation and Representation) Act 1986 (persons discharged from hospital) for “a Mental Health Review Tribunal” substitute “the First-tier Tribunal or the Mental Health Review Tribunal for Wales”.
