# The Transfer of Tribunal Functions Order 2008, Paragraph 72: Children Act 1989


In section 65(3)(b) (persons disqualified from carrying on, or being employed in, children’s homes) for “Tribunal established under section 9 of the Protection of Children Act 1999” substitute “First-tier Tribunal”.
