# The Transfer of Tribunal Functions Order 2008, Paragraph 87: Child Support Act 1991


In section 28ZA(1)(b) (decisions involving issues that arise on appeal in other cases), as it has effect both with and without the amendment made by paragraph 11(11)(b) of Schedule 3 to the Child Support, Pensions and Social Security Act 2000, for “a Child Support Commissioner” substitute “the Upper Tribunal”.
