In section 5 (appeals against assessment of extent of disablement)—

(a)

in subsection (1) for “Tribunal”, in both places, substitute “appropriate tribunal”; and

(b)

in subsection (2)—

(i)

for “Tribunal”, in each place, substitute “appropriate tribunal”; and

(ii)

for “Tribunal’s” substitute “appropriate tribunal’s”.
