# The Transfer of Tribunal Functions Order 2008, Paragraph 90: Child Support Act 1991


In section 28ZD(1) (correction of errors and setting aside of decisions)—
(a) in subsection (1)
(i) in paragraph (a) after “decision”, in both places, insert “of the Secretary of State”; and
(ii) omit paragraph (b) (together with the “and” immediately before it); and
(b) in subsection (2) omit “or set aside decisions”.
