Paragraph 93 Child Support Act 1991
In section 46A(1) (finality of decisions)f1—
(a)
after “Subject to the provisions of this Act” insert “and to any provision made by or under Chapter 2 of Part 1 of the Tribunals, Courts and Enforcement Act 2007”; and
(b)
for “an appeal tribunal” substitute “the First-tier Tribunal”.
