Paragraph 151 Banking Act 2009

in subsections (1) and (2) for “Financial Services and Markets Tribunal” substitute “Upper Tribunal”; and

for subsection (3) substitute—

“(3)

The Bank of England may not impose a sanction while an appeal under this section could be brought or is pending.”.
