Paragraph 18 Judicial Pensions and Retirement Act 1993
In Schedule 5 (retirement provisions: the relevant offices) omit the entries relating to—
(a)
the chairman or a deputy chairman of the Information Tribunal;
(b)
a Member of the Financial Services and Markets Tribunal; and
(c)
the President or other member of the Gambling Appeals Tribunal.
